The submission of any film, print, slide or negative or any other material to Chromex E-6 Processing Lab for processing, printing, or handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage to the material or loss of the same by negligence or other fault, fire, flood, storm, theft, or mechanical failure (or for any other cause) will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing.
